Crypto assets can lose value

The price of CANDY can fall as well as rise. You could lose what you put in.

Staking rates are not guaranteed

Rates are set by the staking contract and can change. A locked stake cannot be withdrawn early with its rewards.

Fee coverage has limits

Everyday network fees are covered up to a limit per account and per day. Beyond that you pay the fee in CANDY.

Your recovery phrase is the only backup

If you lose both your phone and your recovery phrase, no one — including Candy — can recover your wallet. Anyone who gets your recovery phrase can reach your funds.

A lost phone

Your phone holds your recovery phrase behind its lock. If you lose it and think someone could get past that lock, move your CANDY to a new wallet.
